Thank you for your interest in the Anoka County Fair. Below is a link to an INFORMATION FORM for you to fill out and return for consideration of space to the 2013 County Fair (July 23rd – July 28th.) This information form is not a contract and does not imply or guarantee that space will be offered to you.
Our space policy will be as follows: Exhibitors from the 2012 Fair will be offered their same space location & products until May 15th. After June 1st, a review of these forms will be done to fill open booth space locations. The fair strives to maintain a balanced variety of products and services and does not wish to overload any one building or outside area with similar or like products. This selection process can go up to 1 week prior to the Fair for if space becomes available. Due to the large number of requests for space, we only reply by mail to those who have been selected to receive a contract. We don't offer exclusive rights, nor are any previous space contracts transferable. We operate on an ALL PAY GATE along with all vendors required to provide proof of insurance coverage with a signed contract.
Outside space is figured on the Total Front Footage (which will include hitches, awnings, etc.) at $28.00 per foot. (Tent rental is available on site.) Electrical service is included in non-food outside space.
Outside Food Stands are figured at $42.00 per total front foot + Electrical service cost.
Inside draped booths range from $240.00 to $360.00 in Bldg. #1, #2, #3.
