Official Terms and Conditions
By submitting an entry to the Anoka County Fair Coloring Program, participants and their parent or legal guardian agree to the following:
Eligibility
This program is open to children ages 3–12.
One entry per child is allowed.
Entries must be submitted by a parent or legal guardian.
Entry Requirements
Each entry must include:

Parent or guardian name

Phone number
Email address

Mailing address
Child’s age group

A photo of the child holding their completed coloring page is required for verification and participation.
Original Work
All entries must be original work created by the child.
Coloring pages must be completed by the child and may not be digitally altered or completed by an adult.
Participation Guidelines
To receive a participation ticket:
- Coloring should be mostly complete and show reasonable effort.
- Scribbled, minimally colored, or incomplete pages will not qualify.
- Entries must follow all submission requirements.

All entries are reviewed, and eligibility is determined by The Anoka County Fair.
Submission Deadline
Entries must be received by
July 1, 2026.
Late submissions may not be eligible for participation tickets.
Participation Ticket
All qualifying entries will receive:
One Kids Day (July 21, 2026) admission ticket to the Anoka County Fair
Tickets will be emailed after entries are reviewed and approved.
Tickets:

Have no cash value
- Are non-transferable

Will not be replaced if lost or unused

Are valid only for the 2026 Anoka County Fair
Display and Promotion
By submitting an entry, the parent or legal guardian grants The Anoka County Fair permission to:

Display the coloring entry at the fair
Display the child’s first name and age group.

Use submitted photos and artwork for promotional purposes.

Share entries on social media, the website, marketing materials, and future promotions.

No compensation will be provided for use of submitted materials.
Liability Release
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless The Anoka County Fair, its board, staff, volunteers, sponsors, and partners from any liability related to participation in this program or use of the admission ticket.
Right to Modify
The Anoka County Fair reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this program if necessary.
General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to follow all guidelines.
The Anoka County Fair reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not meet the stated requirements.
