- Insurance Responsibility
The Licensee is responsible for maintaining insurance coverage on the property being stored. The Licensor strongly recommends that the Licensee obtain insurance covering theft, loss, or damage for the full value of the property throughout the term of this License Agreement.
- Storage Fees
The cost of storage is based on the type and total length of the unit. Pontoons and deck boats are charged at a rate of $20 per foot. All other units are charged at a rate of $16 per foot.
- Removal of Stored Units
All stored units must be removed by Saturday April 10th 8am -2pm the final scheduled pickup date and time. Any unit remaining on the property after April 13th at 5pm will be charged a fee of $35 per day until it is removed.
- Pickup Day Acknowledgment
The Licensee acknowledges and understands that the Anoka County Fairgrounds has only one scheduled winter storage pickup day. All stored units must be picked up during the designated pickup hours.
Any unit remaining after the scheduled pickup time may be moved outside the storage building and left on the Fairgrounds property for pickup at the Licensee’s earliest convenience. Once a unit has been moved outside, the Anoka County Agricultural Society and the Anoka County Fairgrounds are not responsible for any theft, loss, damage, vandalism, weather related damage, or other harm to the unit or any property contained within it.
- Indemnification of Licensor
The Licensee agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Anoka County Agricultural Society and Anoka County, including their respective officers, directors, members, employees, agents, and representatives, from any and all liabilities, claims, property damage, demands, expenses, costs, fees, fines, penalties, lawsuits, proceedings, and causes of action of any kind arising from or connected to the Licensee’s storage, occupation, or use of the premises under this Agreement.
The Licensee further agrees to indemnify the Licensor for any damage caused to the premises or property during the Licensee’s occupation or use of the storage facility.
